ભચાઉ પંથકમાં બપોરે 2.09 કલાકે 4.1ની તીવ્રતાનો ભૂકંપનો આંચકો આવતા લોકો ઘર બહાર દોડી ગયા હતા. ભૂકંપનું કેન્દ્રબિંદુ દૂધઈથી 7 કિમી દૂર નોર્થનોર્થઈસ્ટમાં નોંધાયું હતું. ભૂકંપનો ઝટકો અનુભવતા લોકો એકબીજા સગાવ્હાલાના ફોન કરીને ભૂકંપની માહિતી મેળવી હતી. ભૂકંપના આંચકાની અસર રાપર અને અંજારમાં પણ લોકોએ અનુભવી હતી.

ગઇ મોડી રાતથી બપોર સુધી રાજ્યમાં ભૂકંપના બે આંચકા અનુભવાયા છે. જેમાં આજે બપોરે આવેલો આંચકો વધારે
તીવ્રતાનો હતો. જ્યારે વહેલી સવારે 6:56એ જામનગરના લાલપુરમાં 2.3ની તીવ્રતાનો આંચકો આવ્યો હતો. તેનું
કેન્દ્રબિંદુ પૂર્વઉત્તરપૂર્વમાં લાલપુરથી 19 કિમી દૂર નોંધાયું હતું.
